Alou Joins Binghamton on the Road NEW
[7/8/2008] - New York Mets outfielder Moises Alou joined the Binghamton Mets today on a Major League rehab assignment. He is starting the first game of today's doubleheader at Connecticut in leftfield and batting third. It isn't known at this point how long Alou's rehab assignment will last or whether all of it will be spent with Binghamton. Alou has been on the Disabled List since May 22nd with a left calf strain.
