[9/24/2007] - Carlos Muniz was called up to the New York Mets last Friday.  He saw no action over the course of the weekend.  Muniz started the season with the Binghamton Mets posting a 2-4 record with an ERA of 2.45 in 44 appearances.  His 23 saves with Binghamton were 3rd in the league even though he was promoted to New Orleans late in the season.  While with New Orleans (triple-A Mets) he posted a 0-0 record with 5.2 innings pitched in 3 games, allowing 4 hits, 1 walk, and charted 4 strikeouts with an ERA of 0.00. more...
